And I'm glad to hear that you have lovely stay at the villa and the staff gave you good service during your stay at the villa.
And I'm sorry to hear that you have causes during your stay at the villa. We have address and follow up some of the problems with our staff and also as I have explained to you on the email about the electricity (which we have increased the power), water pressure (we have added additional new power machine) and water shortage.
I also have spoken with our staff and Villa Manager about the cleanliness feedback and they will pay more attention more carefully in the future.
As for the construction below, unfortunately we can't do anything about that as we don't have any authority to stop them as this been going on for long time.
As for wifi, for this matter as I mentioned on the email, the internet service is a battle in Bali as the internet service is unreliable in Bali plus we are still waiting an approval from all the owners in that complex to change the internet provider altogether. Thus this matter unfortunately won't change until we have the agreement. However the wifi still running well when the signal is good in the good weather.
