This stay was a big disappointment!! The communication was really bad. After booking it took 2 days until I received an answer about when and how to enter her place. She explained that her airbnb app didn't work. At my arrival I found the key she hid, but could not enter the flat, because the host forgot to tell me her flat no. (within a block of approx. 60 flats!) My arrival was late night & I tried to find a hotel around but there were only hostels with big dorms available.
She did appologize about the missing information via airbnb app, but did not offer any compensation nor showed any gesture in this direction. I lost 56£ !
Room: there were no hangers or shelves to put my things, the carpet was not vacuumed, the sheets smelled like they have been either used or left to long in the washing machine. The bathroom was okay, but the dust bin was overfilled with rubbish and the mirror light did not work. The kitchen didn't have a tea kettle which is unusual for Britain.
TV showed no signal and I had no WIFI (information) which I only found out the last night.
All in all I think it totally overpriced for what she offers.
