Fully equipped modern 2 bdrms/ 1 bath apartment inside the semi gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. It is located on the 2nd floor of a family home with a its own private, sunny and open large terrace, 3 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of restaurant, bars and shops.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 GUESTS AND CHILDREN AND INFANTS COUNT. PLEASE CONSULT WITH OWNER BEFORE REQUESTING THE SPACE.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story family home and has a private sunny large terrace with a gas BBQ. There is also a communal fresh water jacuzzi, outside shower and laundry facilities available on the ground backyard.

There is only one front entrance from the street into the property so you may bumped into the owners once in a while. Please take note that once inside the property each apartment has its own independent entrance.

There is plenty of parking available outside on the street with the exception of Sundays and Holidays when locals usually visit our beach.
The house is located on a semi gated beach community in the middle or the San Juan touristic area. There is controlled access after 7:00pm.
NOTE: minimum of 5 nights during during New Years period ( between Dec. 26- Jan 2)
- Please take note children do NOT accommodate for free. They count and apartment owner must be notified in advance. Some exceptions are made so always consult with owner. Maximum occupancy in the apartment is 4 guests including any children.
- Our family lives on the 1st floor so we kindly request no excessive noise after 11:00pm
- The use of this home facilities are only and exclusively for paying guests. No visitors are allowed at any time.
- No events are allowed. Some exceptions can be made and a supplement will apply. Please always consult with owner.
- We are environmentally conscious so air conditioners and lights should be turned off when away.
- Smoking permitted only outside on the terrace or house backyard.
- We will do our best to reserve but will not guarantee the parking space in front of our garage entrance when our guests have a rental car especially on Sundays or Holidays when lots of visitors come to our neighborhood to go to the beach.
- There will be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, delayed flights or last minute schedule changes in your travel itinerary.
- Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
- High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents will be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regards to internet service. There is WIFI only in the Kitchen / living area. If you have to work, you may want to bring an alternate source of internet like your cel phone internet, hotspot or similar.
- Guests are responsible to find their own way from the airport to the apartment. Taxis are available outside baggage claim areas. It is a 15-20 minutes ride depending on traffic. Rates are published to the general public.
