I remember the moment I fell in love with the unknown, with crossing borders and with the excitement and adventure that awaits when exploring distant places.
I was 11, in Botswana on a Mokoro traveling the canals, swamps and inlets of the Okavango Delta, alive, excited and in awe of the surroundings and a freshly picked water lily resting in my lap. I've always loved the beauty of wild things.
I've since left the expanses of Africa, and now find myself temporarily lost in the bustling alleys of the Orient, where spaces, places, corners, nooks and crannies continue to captivate me and where I somehow stumble upon other lost ones; random objects and forgotten things. I collect them and like lost children bring them home to where my creative spirit finds endless pleasure in combining, fixing and restoring them in a way that confirms a sense of old world beauty in the world.
I would love nothing more than to share my interior collections with you. I invite you to come for an enchanted stay...
