We were happy to hear you enjoyed our neighbor settings and your Kayak adventure on the river. Thank you for your honest input and we realize and that it is very important to make sure we address any issues that may arise during your visit in a timely manner. We have professional cleaners that we hired to insure that the house is clean and well prepared for new guest. Based on your suggestion we have purchased another new set of linens, bed spreads, and pillows, for each bead room dedicated specifically for new guest. We fixed a screen in the bedroom that may have enabled mosquitoes to enter the room. Also, we are in the process of fixing the ice maker in the refrigerator and additionally have provided new ice trays to make ice readily available for our guest and will include a new bag of ice located in the freezer for new guest. Again we apologize about any inconveniences and will do the best we can to accommodate any issues to insure our guest are happy with their stay.
