A beautifully updated three-storey town house situated in a quiet, convenient location in the heart of Olvera, a typical Andalucian "pueblo blancos" town in the province of Cadiz.
Number 11 Calle Zorilla benefits from a newly fitted kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with upright fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob and dishwasher. A washing machine is situated on the landing and all crockery, glasses and cutlery are included.
Two steps down from the kitchen is a comfortable sitting area with stairs off. This includes a sofa, chair, plus TV and DVD's. The double bedroom is on the first floor, accessed through bedroom 2 with bi-fold shuttered doors - towels and bed linen are included. A further staircase takes you to the bathroom and shady terrace, complete with a summer kitchenette and fridge (but not a sink and running water) and occasional eating area. A spiral staircase then leads to the roof terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and breath-taking views to the mountains beyond.
The house is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops, with a larger supermarket (Mercadona) situated on the edge of town, close to the High School. A municipal pool is open during the Summer and for those who enjoy walking and cycling, the Via Verde is nearby.
Olvera has a fascinating history and is an ideal base for exploring the dramatic landscapes and cultural areas of Andalucia with Ronda, Cadiz, Seville, Jerez and Granada all within easy reach. Closer by are Lake Zahara and Grazalema National Park.
There are airports at Malaga, Jerez and Seville, all served by popular airline companies. Car hire facilities are available at Malaga and Seville, and both cities have buses to Olvera.
Although Calle Zorilla is traffic free, on-street parking is available nearby.
Guests have access to the entire house and outside space.

A certain level of health and fitness is required in Calle Zorilla due to the nature of the three-storey town house with its' reasonably steep stairs. It is not suitable for the infirm or disabled.
