Upper Storey of Family holiday home on the shore of Lake Victoria. Large upper deck with panoramic lake views. Close to boat ramp and pier/yacht club. Ideal for family/kids. Note 2 hr drive from Lakes Entrance, b.y.o. bed linen (2 night min stay).
Upper Storey of family holiday home. Has one dedicated bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2), and one partitioned off bedroom with two fold out Ikea sofa beds to comfortably sleep two more, or up to four if two kids sharing per bed.
Older house renovated to be clean and presentable. Older furniture, easy comfortable living space, extensive windows makes appreciation of lake and bird life etc. comfortable and enjoyable in any weather. Main living space includes plasma TV and DVD player (local non-HDTV stations only).
Kitchen includes all cutlery, plates bowls etc. microwave, gas oven and fridge.
Extensive upper deck with barbeque and outdoor dining table and furniture.
Perfect place to take time out to relax on your own or with kids. Lake not deep and good swimming for young children. Bike/walking path along Lake Victoria foreshore runs past front of property - approx. 10min walk into local grocery store. Kangaroos common in the morning and at night, and if you are lucky you will see Gippsland Lakes dolphins swim past from time to time.
Ninety Mile Surf beach approx. 10 minute drive away.
Guests may access full upper storey. Seperate flat downstairs will be locked and not form a part of rental. Space in downstairs open garage under house will be able to be used for storage of water equipment and drying of wet clothes/towels etc. Boat garage will be locked and not accessible.
Access to house is via stairs and there are a number of steps around the ground floor areas. Not suitable for elderly with impaired mobility, wheelchair or disabled access.

We will provide a guest information booklet upon request (by email or similar). House keys will be in a key safe located at the top of the stairs at the rear of the house on the stair landing accessing the top storey.
Guests will need to turn on the electricity in the switchboard at the front of the house, and turn on the gas (turn lever on cylinder), at the rear of the house upon arrival.
We will be available to answer any queries by mobile phone at any time.

Loch Sport is a country holiday town and the home is rented out between owners using it. It is cleaned by an external cleaner after every stay however as with all towns in country Victoria, there may be cobwebs that develop between cleaning and next use. There is also a lot of wild life in the area sometimes resulting in kangaroo droppings on the lawns, or bird droppings on deck/outdoor furniture. Wildlife is one of the attractions however please understand these potential downsides to the same.
Doona insert's and pillows have been provided however guests will need to bring their own linen (sheets, doona covers, pillow covers, towels etc.)

No pets allowed. Property to be left as found, additional cleaning charges apply otherwise. Two night minimum stay preferred - Premium of $50 cleaning fee applies for single night stay.
