Green gold is a simple house, at the foot of the hills overlooking Pietrasanta, on the road that leads to Capezzano Monte. It is called this because the green and nature are its most valuable asset, and this richness is evident all around the house with the immensity of the sea, the sky and its sunsets, and the vegetation that surrounds it. It's a small, stone house built in the middle of the nineteenth century and adapted a century later, where the two rooms available, on the first floor, both have a double bed and a private bathroom; the larger bedroom (where on request we can add a single bed) shares a bathroom with the hostess. The kitchen, with a marble fireplace, is available at any time, and it remains a communal place, open to all, where anyone can cook from breakfast to dinner. Internet is open and accessible from any computer at any time. All rooms are kissed by the sun and from these you can enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea, and on special days you can see the Maritime Alps, Corsica, Gorgona, and sometimes even the Island of Elba. All around olive and fruit trees embrace the house, creating a small oasis of relaxation, sunbathing, or as you see fit, enjoy nature. You can get there by car (parking is internal), or on foot from the station of Pietrasanta; from home, in less than ten minutes walk, you can get to the Piazza del Duomo, following the road that takes you to the pedestrian area of the centre. The spirit of this place is to feel at home, in the family, where no one feels themselves to be a stranger, where harmony and sharing are critical to the well-being of all guests.
