Warm, gracious hosting and socializing. If you need space to do your own thing, that's fine too. I'm currently in grad school, so I'm out and about throughout the day. If you're ever interested in a voice lesson, let me know!
Другие важные подробности
My home is located at the eastern end of Crown Heights, an up-and-coming neighborhood that is historically Caribbean and Jewish, and is welcoming new populations from various cultural backgrounds.
Eastern Parkway is also great for strolls up to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. There are great restaurants and bars in nearby Prospect Heights too!
No smoking, long-term guests, illicit substances or pets. Strict shoes-off policy. Keep volume low after 10pm (music, phone calls, etc). Wash your dishes right after you use them. Check-in / check out time is flexible, between 11am and 10pm.
If there are extenuating circumstances that require an earlier or later check-in, let me know in advance so that I can accommodate your arrival.
When inquiring about staying at my home, please share the following information: length of stay, general purpose (work, school, vacation, etc), and check-in / check-out times. It would be a great bonus if your profile has information about you that gives me a clear sense of who you are: hobbies, life principles, occupation, etc. This is especially important if you are a newbie and don't yet have any reviews.

I am very passionate about music, reading, writing, spirituality and laughter. I am friendly, warm and hospitable. I will have a printed information sheet, and a map of New York City for you.
I love that my home is located on a bustling street full of beautiful architecture, a museum, parks, libraries and a plaza/farmer's market. I look forward to several travel adventures myself: São Paulo, Brazil is next! Costa Rica and Bali are also my top desired destinations at the moment.
