It is conveniently located near two tube stations and also has easy access to the London Overground, and is a short walk away from the lovely village of Hampstead and the beautiful Hampstead Heath. The flat is a top-floor two-bedroom flat with one bathroom, and also includes a large kitchen-and-lounge area with views over gardens.
Guests can expect a (breakfast-) stocked fridge, a friendly flatmate and a great flat in a perfect location for exploring all parts of London. Belsize Village has an Italian cafe which does an excellent breakfast. Nearby England's Lane has a charming pub called The Washington with a broad variety of beverages appealing to all tastes and a few nice restaurants and cosy cafés. There are two supermarkets nearby: Tesco Express on England's Lane and Budgens on Haverstock Hill.

Hampstead is a delightful village with nice restaurants, pubs and cafés. It has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and is great for people-watching! It also offers some outstanding shopping in its many boutiques. The Hampstead Heath is one of the largest parks in the city, and offers one of the highest points in London, with spectacular views over the city, as well as great opportunities for walks and other leisure activities – a must-visit.
Camden - close to the buzz in Camden Town and its famous market, music venues, variety of restaurants and pulsating nightlife.
Primrose Hill is famous for its park with amazing views over London as well as a number of great venues for food and drink nearby.
The flat is only 10 minutes’ walk from Finchley Road which has two huge supermarkets, two cinemas (including one IMAX cinema) and a variety of shops .
The best way to get around London is to buy an Oyster card when you arrive as this gives you the cheapest fares on the tube, buses and trains.
I live nearby three tube stations: Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line), Belsize Park (Northern Line) and Hampstead Heath (London Overground).
Things to do:
Cycling - Boris Bikes are great and can be hired for as little as a £1 a day.
Walks around London are held on every subject you can think of, including street art and early morning photography walks.
Picnics - go up to Hampstead Heath and listen to concerts or go on walks.
Go sightseeing by bus during the day or night is a very efficient way of seeing London.
Dinner at one of many London’s restaurants.
Sports: For football, both Emirates Stadium and Wembley can be easily reached. The flat is also close to Lord’s Cricket Ground.
