This property is 1.5 miles from the Desert Trip Venue. The actual unit is a mile to the front gate (Monroe gate)
Units: All of our units are identical in their floor plan. They are seven hundred square feet each. The maximum occupancy is six people with a recommendation of four or less. All units have a single bathroom, a complementary locking wall safe, and complementary unlimited local and national long distance phone service.
Kitchen (fully equipped) : Full size stove with oven and microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils.
Dining: Table seating for four and bar stool counter seating for two.
Living Room: A queen sleeper sofa, together with a love seat or two recliner lounge chairs, wall mounted flat screen television, Direct TV all channel access programming and a three drawer chest.
Bedrooms: Two bedroom: One bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, night stand and wall mounted flat screen television. The other bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, night stand and a wall mount flat screen television. Both bedrooms have Direct TV all channel access programming.
Bathroom: There is a single bathroom in each unit. All bathrooms have a shower/tub combo with grab bars, vanity cabinet and hair dryer.
Household Amenities Include: paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and one welcome packet of coffee. Additional coffee packets are available for purchase in the office.
Mid-week Housekeeping Service: All units receive a one-time, mid-week housekeeping service. Included in this service is the changing of towels, vacuuming the carpet and making the beds (bed linens are not changed unless requested). Multiple week guests will receive an additional cleaning service and a bed linen change at the end of each occupancy week. We do not provide daily linen service or unit cleaning. Guests are expected to dispose of their trash. Pool towels are provided in each unit and can be exchanged at the Check-in office.
*Additional household items (play pen, high chair, pizza pan, juicer, etc.) are available by contacting the check-in office.

Resort Amenities: There are two heated outdoor pools. Each pool has a spa and outdoor shower. The center pool area also has a bathroom facility. There are BBQ gas grills located at each pool area. The center pool area has a canopy covered patio with tables and seating. The back pool area has a shade covered canopy.
Country Club Amenities: There is a club house with a restaurant and pro shop, 27 hole championship golf course, driving range, 2 tennis courts and fitness center (All country club amenities are offered for an additional fee and subject to availability).
Discounted Golf: Indian Palm Intervals offers its guests (two per unit) unlimited discounted golf card for the Indian Palms Country Club course. Tee time reservations are needed and can be made through the course pro shop.
Guest Laundry: We have a coin operated laundry facility located near the center pool area. Coins and laundry detergent are available at the Check-in Office.

The resort does not operate a 24 hour Check-in desk! However 'late arrival' check-in arrangements can be made in advance.
Office hours are seven days a week: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Check-in hours on Friday or Saturday are: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
* We may have limited hours during the summer months. Please check with the office for availability.
Check-In Procedure: Regular check-in on Friday or Saturday is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The office closes at 7:00 p.m. only on Friday and Saturday; remaining days the office closes at 5:00 p.m. A Security Deposit 'hold' of $150 is required at check-in. You may do this with a Visa or Mastercard, a debit Visa, personal check (US funds), or exact cash. We do not charge your card, we only do an authorization. No refund is required with this process.
Early Check-In: If you are arriving early at the resort on the Friday or Saturday check-in day, you will be unable to occupy your unit until each of our resort departments has completed their cleaning and inspection. However, if your unit is available, every attempt will be made to accommodate your early occupancy. Guests are not be allowed to place groceries or other personal items into their unit prior to a completed check-in.
Late Arrivals: If you are unable to check-in during regular office hours, please make prior arrangements with the office (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for late arrival instructions. If you do not notify the office, you may encounter some difficulties. The resort does not operate a 24 hour front desk. The best time to make late arrival arrangements is between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m no less than three days before your arrival.
Check-Out Procedure: Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Friday or Saturday. You are asked to dispose of your trash. There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property on each street. The blue recycle bin provided in each unit will be disposed of by staff. Please load and start the dishwasher. Make sure all windows and doors are secured and locked before turning in your keys and gate transponder.
Pets: Absolutely NO pets are allowed on the premises during your vacation. Nor are the pets of owners' guest's allowed at any time. Violation of this rule will result in incurred additional cleaning fees and/or possible expulsion from the resort. In addition, the pet must be removed immediately upon discovery.
Smoking Restrictions: All Interval units have been designated as 'Non-Smoking' accommodations. We do not allow smoking in any unit or common areas, including pool and bar-b-que areas. Please follow this policy as a $150 fine will be incurred per violation of this policy.
