Located on a major tree-lined street in the Mt Airy section of Philadelphia, my city home feels surprisingly suburban, is within walking distance from SEPTA, Philadelphia's regional rail system with links to Amtrak and the airport. A 15 minute train ride will bring guests to the center of Philadelphia and historic sites like the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Constitution Center, and world-class museums and fine restaurants. Mount Airy, once called "the most diverse neighborhood" in the US by Time magazine, is centered around the Germantown Avenue Historic corridor leading into Philadelphia's Chestnut Hill neighborhood with its cobble-stone streets, boutique shopping, fine dining and the Morris Arboretum.
Respect the home and its contents; be neat, honest, quiet (no wild parties), clean up after yourselves; ask and don't assume anything; enjoy your stay and leave everything as you saw it when you came!
