Full of personality, sunny, airy, spacious and comfortable 140 sqm apartment in the best area of artsy Santa Teresa neighborhood. 10min walk away from Gloria's tube and from bohemian Lapa and it's famous arches and stairs.
The apartments has a balcony facing Sugarloaf and the Guanabara Bay and a terrace facing Parque das Ruínas, where we normally have barbecues.
The main toilets are in the corridor and can be used socially too.
The two main bedrooms have air-conditioning and double beds. One of them has a wardrobe and the other a shelf unit and hangers.
The third bedroom is much smaller and is more appropriate for one person. It has two single mattresses which can be moved to the main bedrooms in the really hot days in summertime.
The kitchen is fully equipped and we leave condiments for the more enthusiast.
Guests can access all common areas and announced bedrooms.

Please remember that smoke is not allowed inside the house and it is allowed in the outside areas. Please refrain from stepping with shoes on the carpet.
The building has very strong rules concerning security and well-being of all neighbours and it is extremely prohibited to take guests from outside the booking or any kind of party or noisy event that could disturb the environment. High penalties can be applied if these rules are not followed.
Please help yourself with condiments and whatever is in the pantry. Just please replace what you've used before you leave.
