My lovely, renovated light-filled apartment is on a side street surrounded by trees in the heart of Tel Aviv (Rothschild-Shenkin area). The big shady terrace with garden is perfect for breakfast, or to relax after touring the city.
Renovated by my architect parents with an open-plan kitchen and living-room that make maximum use of the 60 sq.meters. There's a blue bedroom with double bed, a guestroom with a fold-out bed and a shower with bath. Lots of plants, and a cat too! Surrounded by greenery and trees (birdsong in the morning!)
Furnished in my eclectic/ethnic style, with a fully equipped kitchen, AC (and a fan in the bedroom), 24-hr free WIFI, washing machine - and no TV!
It's professionally cleaned before you arrive and I leave you fresh linens and towels, plus maps and 'My Tel Aviv Favorites' list, to make the most of your stay.
This is my home -- NOT a standard Ikea-style rental flat! -- where you'll feel like a true Tel Avivi and not just another tourist.
Enjoy my books, cute cat, and herbs garden (pick yourself from mint and sage plants for tea). Guest bicycle on request.

If I'm not in Tel Aviv, I'm still available to help you with any questions or tips by phone/email, plus my parents are here for any questions. If I'm here, I'll be happy to show you around the city by foot or cycle (I planned Tel Aviv's cycle lanes and have a bike just for guests).
Другие важные подробности
The flat comes with Chupchik, my sociable cat. He's very independent, sleeps outside (not in the flat) and climbs down the tree to pee in the yard below (so no cat litter). He's used to guests and will happily cuddle with you whenever you want, but he's not a "need attention" kind of cat!
Smoking only on the balcony. Water the plants and feed Chupchik the cat 1-2 times a day. If you're gone for a few days it's OK, he eats at the neighbors! It's my home, so please leave it as nice as you got it.

I'm a multicultural Tel Avivi- born here, but lived in the US, Holland, Italy, France and Spain and traveled all over. As an urban planner (I planned Tel Aviv's first cycle lanes) I can tell you all about the city. My interests range from politics to history, design and ecology and my home displays a little of all these aspects. I share the flat with Chupchik, a 2-year-old sociable cat (he's very independent, climbs down from the balcony to do his stuff in the yard). If you rent the whole flat, I'll be available by tel/email. If you rent just the guestroom and share the flat with me, you'll find I'm an easygoing guy who likes to host, share and meet new people.
