The apartment is on the second floor of a secure building located within a gated apartment block with cctv and secure parking and intercom entry.
The building has a lift and is easily accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

- Charges to replace lost front door (£14) or main building key (£60) will be deducted from deposit
- Any noise complaints after 10.00pm will result in security deposit being withheld. (There is 24hr security in the apartment complex) Guests must have an offline ID verified on their Airbnb profile for security purposes.
Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere in the apartment or balcony area.
The apartment building is quiet, guests must be considerate and keep noise level low and be conscious of other residents.
The property has recently been renovated to a very high standard. We expect guests to treat the property with care and leave it clean and tidy as they found it.
