I'm a Native New Yorker with a room to spare! I'm a licensed tour guide with a deep passion for food, beverage and sharing my love of my home with others.
I've been living in my apartment for nearly 10 years now and I absolutely love the area, the building, and the space.
It's a classic pre-war New York apartment, which is great for the full experience. I'll be sure to have coffee/tea available for you every weekday morning (8am-10am) as well as a continental breakfast (depending on your rate). You're also more than welcome to use all appliances, as long as you do so with respect.
Whatever it is you're looking for I would say I've got you covered. You want a real New York Experience? Then look no further! Please contact me for more information, I look forward to getting to know you!
You'll have your own private bedroom with a window, closet and full-size bed with two drawers. Clean linens will be provided upon your arrival, and can be changed weekly, if you'd like--please let me know your preferences. You'll have limited access to the kitchen and living room (the kitchen is very small and I am particular about it, so guests looking to cook frequently may be advised to look elsewhere, plus I often work from home). The bathroom with a great claw-foot tub is also shared, of course. There is wi-fi available and you'll have access to the TV as long as I'm not watching something...but it's New York City! Why are you watching TV?

My schedule is unpredictable as I work in hospitality. Some days I'm home working on my business growth, and other days I might be working back-to-back 12-hour shifts. This means interactions will vary. I try to keep communications as open as possible and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have when I'm around. We might even get to share some of our lives with one another, but I suppose it will depend on your schedule as well.
Другие важные подробности
The building is a beautiful pre-war with great charm and New York flavor. The neighbors are kind and friendly, which just adds to the beauty of the building. And a real rare find in NYC: there is a laundry room in the basement if you need it! There is an elevator, but the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, so you probably won't be using it much.
People often ask if the neighborhood is safe--I can tell you that I've never felt unsafe here in the 9+ years that I've lived here as a single young woman, and I can't imagine why anyone would feel differently.
To NOTE: If you would like to receive mail here, there is a one-time $25 fee and an additional $20 to receive packages.
I expect that guests clean up after themselves and respect my home. Rules to live by: leave it how you found it.
City recycling laws must be observed. Bringing unapproved guests back to the apartment is not acceptable.
Aside from the breakfast that will be left out for you and any food personally offered to you, the food in the house is not yours to take.
I am a licensed Tour Guide, Passionate Improviser, Unpublished Writer, High School Trained Actor, and Skilled Marketer.
I absolutely love the Food & Beverage industry in this city. And I workout early in the mornings so that I can enjoy the various restaurants out there. I can't live without comedy and computers, but I do love me some time when I can just disconnect and enjoy the fresh air out there.
I love to travel but can't afford to for a while.
Most people that know me would say I make a great friend and the perfect host--I know hospitality and even more my city. I'm a Native to NYC with tons of interesting stories to share. Leading and teaching is something I do on a regular basis, but I also love to learn about different cultures and experiences.
