This flat embodies my Parisian dream. It's central (Rive Gauche, Denfert-Rochereau) in a lovely area, has a view on the roofs of the city (amazing morning and sunset lights). I redesigned it to make it trendy, warm, very convenient.
This flat embodies what it means to me to be a Parisian, always and forever in love with my city - because of how it looks and how the building in general feels, because of the area, because of the fantastic view on the Paris roofs, sometimes caressed by the morning sun, sometimes bathed in pink sunset, because it's ideally situated to go anywhere else in Paris too, but also because it's made to suit the Parisian lifestyle I love. In fact, it's my little haven (esp. since there's no windows looking onto mines, and I can't hear my downstairs neighbours and they don't hear me), and I've just redesigned it to be really convenient and cosy, quite romantic, artsy too I guess, and very neat and practical (to cook, talking the night away around some wine and cigarettes, do desk work, chill with a book, play the piano even... well it's an electric one, but it's not bad at all)...
The whole flat will be yours.
Общение с гостями
Since the idea is to share a Paris experience I cherish, I am more than willing to help out my guests with all kinds of stuff in order to make their stay as perfect as can be. I know my city really well, I like culture and food, and I'm a keen traveller too, so I might have some good insight as to what specific tips and gestures my guests will enjoy.
É lo posso fare in italiano, con piacere anche (avete una logica domestica che mi conviene... ho anche la macchina della pasta se volete cucinare).
Lo mismo para el español, português se precisa, auch auf Deutsch, по-русски
(+see drawing of the area -5 to 10-min radius on foot- with indications amongst the pictures)
Другие важные подробности
I'll adapt to each guest's needs.
There's a double bed, and another double bed in the sofa which is very comfortable and easy to do and undo, so in case of kid or extra friend, we can arrange something together.
What I like here is that it's warm in the Winter and aerated in the Summer (+ there's a fan just in case).
There's another loo to my usage in the pretty corridor outside the door, where I also put a coat-hanger/umbrella holder. It's rather convenient.
Trivia : Flat is sitting on top of the famous "Catacombes" - in fact, there might be a bunch of "cataphiles" partying right below me as I speak... I guess you'll learn what this word means when you get here...
This flat is brand new, super clean and tidy (and I try to avoid using chemical products in here, so I guess it's somewhat organic). One of the pleasures of living in it, chilling in it, cooking in it, playing the keyboard in it (if you want, there is one) is actually how well organized and thus how convenient it is. I therefore expect my guests to apply the same common sense and respect whilst enjoying their stay as I did when I put things together for them. Normal stuff like being careful with sources of heat, not splashing stuff on surfaces without wiping it right away, or using knives elsewhere than on the chopping board, breaking stuff (especially those that look like I wouldn't want it broken), leaving the windows open when it's gonna rain, or bothering the neighbours. I basically expect my guests to leave things as they found them.
You can smoke on the 'ground floor', as long as you aerate well. You can cook, too (just let me know, I'll even tell you what you can use from my basic pantry to spare you a basic pantry shopping that would seem silly for just a few days...), basically you can enjoy, so long as you are decent, civilised people who like a neat, comfy place.
