Charming ancient villa, composed of 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, vast terrace and private garden.
Beaches are 10 minutes walk, Cote d'Azur is 20 km far.
The house faces Via Romana, an elegant avenue shaded by plane trees and sided by gracious Victorian villas (Queen Margherita of Italy’s –the one naming the pizza - manor is among them). The road follows the ancient Augustan path, founded by the Romans to join Liguria Riviera with the Gaul region, and refitted by the famous architect Charles Garnier (Paris Opera and Montecarlo Casino).
The house is just 10 minutes walk from the seaside and the commercial centre, hung on the hill across the historical village. It’s located in a strategic position for a trip towards Cote D’Azur (Menton, Monaco MonteCarlo, Nice), 15 minutes by car or through the Liguria inlands and Riviera, beautiful scenarios of traditional Italian folklore.
The most appealing place in the villa is for sure the stunning terrace facing the sea, the city and the French shore just across the border: an ideal frame to enjoy your extraordinary dinner at the sunset, maybe to grill something, or to play table tennis with friends, all you need is provided.
It’s perfect for families with children, groups of friends or a romantic escape. 6 comfortable beds with 1 extra more.
The house is organised on two storeys with one entry each. The lower one on Via Romana, through a small gate and a path across the private garden leading to the hall. The upper one gives you access to the tiny streets of the ancient village.
