We are located 10 scenic blocks to Lake Tahoe through a beautiful neighborhood or along a shared use trail next to US Highway 50. We are just a few miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the Stateline casinos(URL HIDDEN) *****We have 2 adult bikes for your use at no extra cost (stored in the shed) ... saves you over $30 per person per day if you want to do some casual biking!****(URL HIDDEN) We are PET FRIENDLY to your well behaved loved ones! This well maintained mountain cabin is nestled on a large 10,805 square foot corner lot. The 1,150 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is located on a forested lot with beautiful trees, a few blocks from spectacular Lake Tahoe beaches and boardwalks, and just down the street from South Lake Tahoe’s newest public plaza - Lakeview Commons(URL HIDDEN)The cabin is a great location for all seasons, located 5 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort, Nevada casinos at Stateline and within 2 biking minutes from many hiking trails, beaches, and amazing views of Lake Tahoe(URL HIDDEN) The home sleeps up to 6 adults plus 1 or 2 young kids under 2 (Bedroom 1 - King and Futon Couch, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Queen). We provide a Pack N Play and high chair for the little ones. The home includes a gas log fireplace insert, fast WIFI, two flat screen HDTVs, deck with table and chairs, washer and dryer, and a BBQ grill. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals during your stay - the fridge is a below counter size so a separate freezer is provided as well. There are several fans for the summer months when needed(URL HIDDEN)Plenty of onsite private parking for up to 3 cars in summer.

About a week before arrival, we email our guests a rental agreement that must be reviewed, signed and returned. It contains helpful information (e.g., front door entry code and WIFI password) and reaffirms the house rules for the stay.
