After a day spent through the wonderful historical sights of Rome, just strolling by the streets of the ancient city you can reach our apartment which is immersed in the hearth of it, appreciating the meaning of live this "everlasting city"
The apartment is in the hearth of the district called Esquilino, name gained from the hill beneath it which is one of the famous seven hills where Rome has been built on over two thousand years ago.
Our bright and finely furnished apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building of the XIX century, that characterize it for the high ceilings and wide spaces.
This 100 sqm apartment has a main entrance who gives to the big living room where you can enjoy the two large and comfortable sofa beds (both contains a double bed) and the 43 inches HD LCD TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player.
In the same area there's a mezzanine where on top of it is situated a bedroom with a double bed. The mezzanine grants privacy as well as an overlook to the living room.
Beneath the mezzanine there's one of the two bathrooms and a comfortable area with a wide table where is possible to enjoy the meals.
Accessible from the living room there's a large bedroom with a double bed that has a direct access to the main bathroom which is even accessible, on through another access, from the other apartment areas.
Just separated by a small corridor from the living room there's a large kitchen with a big table for eat as well as all the tools and equipments like fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, in order to prepare everything you need.
The apartment is provided with towels, bed linens, blankets, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and air conditioning system.
For children we provide all the needed stuff like cot, high chair and children’s cutleries.
Last but not least the apartment is fully covered by a free high-speed wireless network!
The check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and the check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
If needed, we can always try to satisfy any "early check-in" or "late check-out" request, but naturally we'd appreciate to be advised in advance.

As soon as arrived we'll provide you all the info about the apartment as well as all the suggestions and informations in order to live Rome as a roman.
After that, to avoid to disturb you during your stay, you'll be given our phone number and a mail address where you can reach us for all your further needs or requests.

The children under 3 years are free of charge.
The city tax is not included and it's free of charge for children up to 10 years, instead each adult is 3,50€/night till 10 consecutive nights (next nights are free of charge) and it has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
If needed we can arrange a private transfer from the airport to the apartment as well as other services like city tours, tastings tours, etc.
We kindly ask to our guests to comply with the only one rule we have: "Treat our apartment as it would be your own one"
