Accommodation consists of a recently refurbished self contained flat. The flat sits above our lovely tapas bar on a leafy corner overlooking the open space of Lincolns West Common within easy reach of both the uphill and downhill areas of our City.
The first floor accommodation consists of:
•Entrance hallway and stairs.
•Fully equipped kitchen.
•Lounge with double sofa bed, virgin TV and dining area.
•Double bedroom with king-sized bed.
•Bathroom with walk in shower.
•Free parking (On street parking – permit will be provided during your stay).
The flat obviously has its own dedicated access and any access to the restaurant if required should be via the main restaurant door. The door across the downstairs corridor will remain locked during your stay. If you need to get hold of us during your stay you can contact us on the numbers above.

We will be available via phone or text during your stay and if required we can be on site at short notice. Karl will be in the restaurant Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the restaurant will be open on these evenings.

For all guests staying in our accommodation.
The restaurant opens from 6pm on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Bookings are taken up to approx. 8.30pm. Most nights our guests have left by approx. 11pm-11.30pm.
If required you can book a table with us either prior to or after you have arrived. We do tend to get very busy on a Friday and Saturday night so booking in advance is recommended. You will receive a 10% discount in the restaurant.
If we can’t fit you in or you would prefer we can offer to bring the tapas to you so you can enjoy upstairs in the flat. Again you would receive a 10% discount. If you would like to join us for a drink and maybe some nibbles later in the evening and we have a free table you are more than welcome to do this.
There will obviously be some noise generated from the restaurant but we hope that this was fully detailed during the booking of the accommodation and that it doesn’t cause any issues during your stay. If required during the evening please contact us on the restaurant number.

As the accommodation is above the restaurant there may be some noise during its opening hours but these are limited to Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm. Customers have usually left us by 11.30pm at the latest. There may also be some noise during these days whilst prep is taking place but this would be minimal. If you have any concerns about this please call to discuss prior to booking.
Towels and bedding are provided.
Free WiFi is available and the log in details can be found on the Virgin Hub in the living room.
TV channels are provided through virgin media box. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s available.
Hot Water should be available 24hrs a day. The heating can be controlled via the thermostat on the landing. The +/- buttons will simply turn the heating up or down in accordance with the temperature you set. The timer is located within the restaurant so we can either leave the heating on constant and you can control via the thermostat or we can set the timer up if you text us the on and off times required.
Day of Leaving
•You are required to leave the flat by 11pm on the last day of your stay. This allows us time to prepare and check the accommodation prior to the next guests arriving. In order to try and assist us with this can you please ensure that;
•Any bedding that has been used is stripped and placed on the landing.
•Any Towels that have been used should also be placed on the landing.
•All items in the kitchen have been cleaned and return to the correct draw / cupboard or any dirty items have been placed in the dishwasher and it has been turned on.
•Remove any rubbish from the bins in the rooms and place in the kitchen bin. If these bins are full please place the full bags just inside the wall outside the front door. If the bins are full during your stay again please place outside as above and text us to let us know. We will then remove these to our bins.
•Any furniture that has been moved is returned to the position it was in when you arrived.
•The Visitor Parking passes are returned to the flat. If these are taken when you leave they will need to be returned via the post at your earliest opportunity. If they are taken and not returned you will have to pay for any replacement costs.
