History and modernity mix in this beautiful Edwardian flat with period detailing and luxurious modern touches like very fast internet and 200 thread Egyptian cotton linen. It is our beloved home with original contemporary art, books, and quirky objects.
Outside of the flat, everything is at your fingertips: culture, restaurants, nightlife, art, architecture and history. Both Virginia Woolf and Bob Marley would have been your neighbours (ask me which streets).
Welcome to our lovely Edwardian bachelor flat on the 4th floor of a historical building! It is a comfortable, quiet apartment with plenty of light, modern luxuries and quality furniture. There is an elevator, which is not usual for the properties in this area, and it had a recent facelift.
The apartment is beautifully preserved and modernized with wooden floors, central heating, hot pressure shower, high-speed wi-fi, nicely equipped foodie's kitchen and helpful hosts who will answer any inquiries. We have original art on the walls and treasured objects on display. Please treat it as your own home.
The guest bedroom with a double bed is tucked away at the far end of the corridor. It is very quiet and peaceful. The second bed is a designer 40 Winks sofa bed from Heal's, which furnished London & England since 1810.
While we lock up the master bedroom when we leave, you will have access to the guest room, the living room, the kitchen and the office.

The sofa bed is a double, and although beautiful and on the firmer side, it may prove slightly uncomfortable for grownups and people of a bigger stature. Good for two children, however.
- Please respect the furniture and the space.
- Keep your shoes off - the floors are cleaned regularly and there are slippers in the apartment. This is also to reduce noise for the neighbours downstairs
- Turn lights and heating off when you leave the property
- When the mail arrives, please put it aside for me

I am a nomad. I never lived anywhere for more than 6 years. By day I work as a freelance marketing consultant, by night I work on my first novel or partake in cultural diversity of London, and on the weekends I enjoy the mellower things (yoga, farmers markets, walking, parks) or getting out of the Big Smoke.
I love to travel. If I had to pick one solid passion that drives me, that would be it. And good food. And literature, or rather writing all of the above.
When traveling, I like connecting with good people, enjoying the best of what the local areas have to offer, and being in the present moment.
I am a respectful and independent guest who is usually out for most of the day, absorbing it all . Communication and respect are key to me and I observe them religiously when staying at various properties.
AirBnB suggests I write down my life motto. Here goes: "I will either find a way, or make one." From Hannibal (the original one).
