Our spacious garden apartment is a peaceful sanctuary in the inner city, located on a quiet street close to local eateries, the city and Southbank. Enjoy short walks to the Brisbane River, parks, cultural and sporting venues ... or just relax and cool off in the salt water pool at home. With a generous double bedroom it is perfect for couples or single travellers . However up to two singles may be accommodated on request (with temporary bedding in the lounge room).
Heath Park Apartment is a large, three room self-contained garden unit with separate lounge, dining and bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The lounge room can be used as a second bedroom if required (additional guests negotiable).
Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy cooling off in the salt water pool.
The apartment has been recently renovated and provides guests with their own private space in a quiet garden setting with plenty of on-street parking. There is easy access to the CBD, Southbank and West End which are only 2-3km away. It's a great place to unwind and relax after a full day working or sightseeing. You can order takeaway, cook for yourself or head to the Shafston or Lord Stanley Hotel for a great pub meal. There are also many smaller restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of the apartment.
We provide a continental breakfast including cereal, bread, seasonal fruit, milk, real coffee and tea for short stays.
Guests have their own private access to the apartment and full use of kitchen, lounge/dining, bathroom and laundry. The main bedroom has a double bed and built-in robe so you can unpack and feel at home. Guests also have access to to the pool and shared entertainment area.
WiFi is available and guests are provided with password at check in.
Heath Park across the road has BBQs, picnic shelters, childrens' playground, tennis courts, soccer fields and a pontoon onto Norman Creek.
There is plenty of on-street parking available for guests.
There are bus stops and the CityCat ferry to the City, Southbank and Cultural Precinct just a short walk from the apartment.
The Gabba and Suncorp Stadium are also easily accessible from our place.

There is an automatic gate at the front of the property and guests will require a device to open the gate. There is a key safe above the letter box on the front fence and guests are provided with the combination if we are unable to be there at check in.
We have a dog and a cat - they do not have access to the apartment if guests keep the downstairs side and rear doors closed.
The side gate is locked as this is the owners' private access to upstairs.
Upstairs is our private residence and not accessible to guests. We ask guests to be considerate and respect our privacy and the house rules.
Guests are requested to turn off lights and air con/heating when they go out/depart.
There is no smoking on the premises. If you wish to smoke we would appreciate it if you went across the road to the park to do this.
No parties, gatherings or loud music are allowed. We suggest guests use the shelters and BBQs in the park across the road for gatherings.
Weekly guests are provided with fresh linen but will need to self-cater meals and do their own cleaning.
