Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the historic Avenues district of SLC. Gourmet kitchen, big living room, gorgeous patio & fenced backyard with sandbox, minutes away from the Univ. of Utah, downtown SLC, and local ski resorts. Come and make yourselves at home!
Our home was built over 100 years ago by early SLC settlers! Many original details have been preserved and contribute to our home's charm. Our 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and many shared living areas are beautifully decorated to be comfortable and inviting. Our home is fully equipped for up to 6 people with bed linens, towels, storage, laundry baskets, kitchen serve ware, etc etc. Please come and be our guest!
You are invited to rent our entire home. We will be travelling and are hoping a lovely couple/family will want to rent our entire home for the holidays. You'll be able to access all parts of the house. Our garage is the only area not available; instead there's tons of free parking on our street.
Общение с гостями
If you rent our entire house, we won't be there to interact with! However we're always a phone call or email away should you have any troubles. We also have wonderful neighbours next door who are happy to help.
Другие важные подробности
If you are bringing pets (and you're welcome to!) we insist upon a $250 damage deposit, just to make sure we have a contingency fund in case our furry guests have an accident. Additionally, please note that pets are not allowed upstairs, or in the front two rooms of our house (dining room and parlour).
*parlour is not pictured in our photos - it's the least used room in the house.
1. Please take your shoes off at the front or back door when you come in!
2. Please also PICK UP your luggage and do not roll it on our hardwood floors (they have been scratched this way). Our floors are over 100 years old and very precious to us!
3. Our dining table is very easily scratched and stained by water and hot items. Please keep the tablecloth on it AT ALL TIMES!
4. Absolutely no smoking allowed on our property.
Thanks so much for taking care of our home :)
