In Umbria, the green heart of Italy, lies few kilometers from Tuscany, south of the Trasimeno Lake, between Perugia and Città of the Pieve the small medieval village of Panicale; just few kilometers to south rises the fraction of Missiano. Just outside from the village the “Godiola” is found: a great country house surrounded by the olive trees and the forests pointed out on the hill that it dominates the Val of the Nestore from which overlloks Perugia, Assisi and Piegaro.
The Godiola is a restructured country-house composed by two bodies. The first body with two abouts, the first one is inhabited from the owners in the summer period and the flat on the basement is for our guests; the second body, smaller one, is connected to the greater house from a trellis work of glicini. The buildings have been restructured with the most modern systems and with the style it originates from the umbrian rural houses, with pavements in cotto Perugino and the facades with stones at sight so as to render possible the most comfortable stay but in an original architecture.
The godiola is the greatest apartment and is formed by an ample living room , a large and habitable kitchen, a study with fireplace,1 bathroom and two rooms with two beds. Sure indicated for a more numerous family and with requirements of greater space. All the houses are equipped of heating to pavement fed to gas and of summer with the solar paddles. Warm water always and all the comfort of a modern house.
As a country house is 2,4 Km away from the village with shops restaurants and bars, so you need a car in order to enjoy fully your stay!
