Child friendly: BOB stroller, pack n play, high chair, and common play area in the basement available for young children.
Check –In Procedures
Check-In is after 4:00 PM. If guests are arriving before this time they may drop off their belongings, but I can’t guarantee that the apartment will be clean until 4:00 PM. This time can be flexible if the apartment was empty the night before. Please check with Lisa about your arrival time and if check-in time is flexible for your stay.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Guests should plan to be out of the apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of their departure. If guests stay past this time and interfere with the cleaning schedule, they could be subject to an extra charge of up to $150 because the cleaners will need to come a second time. If guests stay past 4:00 PM on the day of their departure they will be charged an extra night stay.
No Smoking in or Around the Apartment.
This includes on all outside decks and common areas. This is a non-smoking apartment. Guests who smoke or allow their guests to smoke will be charged up to an extra $250 cleaning fee.
Driving and Parking on Jackson Ter
We live in on a quiet, residential, dead end street. There are many kids running around the neighborhood, especially in the afternoon. Please drive slowly, regardless of the time of day.
Guests may park in the parking spot in front of the house. Other spots are available on the side of the street. Please do not park a second car in front of the house. There is no parking on the street between November 15th - April 15th. During these months guests may park a second car in the back of the house.
Do not throw large amounts of food down the garbage disposal. No peels, fruit skins, avocado skins, rice, or coffee grounds should be put in the disposal. The disposal is prone to getting clogged. Guests will be responsible for the plumbing fee if the garbage disposal is clogged during their stay.
Please be energy efficient, turn off lights when not in use, turn down heat and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.
Guests may host small parties/dinners in the apartment. Guests are responsible for the cleanup of these parties. An extra cleaning fee may be applied if the party leaves significant extra clean-up for the cleaners. We have children upstairs, so we ask that guests refrain from making loud noise after 10 PM.
Guests are not tenants under Massachusetts law. Guests waive their right to raise any arguments to the contrary, regardless of the duration of their stay.
