I can offer you the possibility to have a large bedroom (14 m2) with its own bathroom, at the bottom right of the apartment.
The apartment of 90 m2 has a cozy living room (30 m2) and a balcony in a residence with tennis court, volley ball ground, closed to a pretty wild park.
We are a few minutes drive from the Perrache, the Confluence and the Basilica of Fourvière.
The neighborhood is residential. Within few minutes' walk, you will have access to a supermarket and other shops.
Next to bus stations related to the Historic Center of Lyon (Perrache Bellecour).
The living room faces the Monts du Lyonnais (West) and a kitchen (due east) has a view over one of the largest mureraies of France.
My apartment is composed of 3 parts in the "night" area: a room for my son, a large bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom, an office, a smaller bathroom and toilets (shared).
- The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, pans, utensils, cooking pots, etc..! No Nespresso machine). You can enjoy the whole, subject to the cleanup and storage after use.
- Breakfast is included
- Possibility to use the Wi-Fi network as well as landline calls to national fixed and mobile on request.
- TV in the living-room
- Secure exterior parking access
