A beautiful fusion of New England tradition and style with Japanese decor. Large room, original wood flooring and fireplace setting within a completely restored historical home. Breakfast is complimentary. Within walking distance to downtown.
Plum Room is a large comfortable room with a queen-size brass bed, a private bathroom w/shower, HDTV with cable, the original wood flooring and fire place setting. The decor and tiger maple dresser create a very pleasant ambiance. The basin in the bathroom was handcrafted by the innkeeper. Plum is a favorite of the innkeepers, and spacious enough to add a cot.
You have a private room with a private bathroom in the house with other rooms with guests. You are welcome to use the common space downstairs and outside. Living area, dining areas.

I worked in advertising and research for a long time in Asia and the US. I love being in a different culture and learning new ways of thinking. I speak Thai fluently and OK in Chinese.
I have two kids in college (please support me!) and spend most of the year in beautiful New England, near my wonderful parents who also help me take care of guests.
