This Fitzrovia flat will unlock the hotbed of culture, art, shopping, food and nightlife for you. History and modernity mix in this beautiful Edwardian flat with period detailing, contemporary art and luxurious touches like Aesop toiletries and 200 thread Egyptian cotton linen. The room has a comfy bed, fast wi-fi and peace from the busy streets of London. Step into history where both Virginia Woolf and Bob Marley would have been your neighbours.
Welcome to our lovely Edwardian bachelor flat on the 4th floor of a historical building! It is a comfortable, quiet apartment with plenty of light. There is a new elevator, which is not usual for the properties in this area.
The apartment is beautifully preserved and modernized with wooden floors, central heating, hot-pressure shower, high-speed wi-fi, nice kitchen and thoughtful decor. It is our beloved home with objects that are dear to us, so please treat it with respect.
Your room is tucked away at the far end of the corridor for added privacy. Back in the day, this is where the bachelor of the flat would have slept (hence the button on the wall - to call the maid!). It is perfect for one person but it might be cozy for two people.
Shared areas are the living room (lounge), the kitchen, and the office. We have a modern washroom with hot pressure shower, luxury toiletries and everything else you would expect.

I'm happy to interact as much or as little as you require. See our Guidebook for recommendations on what to do and see!
- Keep your shoes off - the floors are cleaned regularly and there are slippers in the apartment. This is also to reduce noise for the neighbours downstairs (who are unfortunately sensitive)
- Turn lights and heating off when you leave the property
- When the mail arrives, please put it aside in the office :-)
I am a nomad. I never lived anywhere for more than 6 years. By day I work as a freelance marketing consultant, by night I work on my first novel or partake in cultural diversity of London, and on the weekends I enjoy the mellower things (yoga, farmers markets, walking, parks) or getting out of the Big Smoke.
I love to travel. If I had to pick one solid passion that drives me, that would be it. And good food. And literature, or rather writing all of the above.
When traveling, I like connecting with good people, enjoying the best of what the local areas have to offer, and being in the present moment.
I am a respectful and independent guest who is usually out for most of the day, absorbing it all . Communication and respect are key to me and I observe them religiously when staying at various properties.
AirBnB suggests I write down my life motto. Here goes: "I will either find a way, or make one." From Hannibal (the original one).
