A three room guest apartment in a turn-of-the-century house in the heart of downtown Tucson's historic Armory Park......
just a short walk from the Convention Center, Temple of Music & Art & The Tucson Museum of Art. Some of Tucson's finest restaurants including: Downtown Kitchen & Cocktails, The Cup, Cafe Poca Cosa, 47 Scott, Cushing Street Bar & Grill, and live music at the Hotel Congress and the Rialto Theater are a short walk away. And then there are all the new ones: The Hub (great ice cream), Penca, Five Points Market & Restaurant, etc. We are a few blocks from yoga studios, farmers markets and the Amtrak train station.

A pull out couch in the sitting room provides an additional double bed, though it is not the most comfortable.

The street view, provided by online services is quite misleading. It shows the back alley, not the street.
Ever since planting fruit trees we have noticed an increase in the numbers of bird visitors. They range from Phainopepla and woodpeckers to hummingbirds, cactus wrens, an occasional hooded oriole and the very occasional hawk. You are welcome to sit outside in the garden with a cup of coffee and the newspaper to enjoy the sights and sounds.
Armory Park is truly a neighborhood, with neighbors helping each other. I love living herel
The Ronstadt Bus Station is six blocks away. It offers buses to most parts of the city. We also have buses that run along S Sixth Avenue and S Fourth Avenue which can be boarded closer to home. Taxis …
