This federation family home is light, airy, recently renovated, pretty family-proof, perfect for outside entertaining and easy to maintain. In one of the most sought after, tree-lined streets in Manly. 150m or less flat walk from house to Manly beach, open-air pools, tennis, farmers market & playgrounds.
Kitchen and dining area is open plan and communal, which opens out to the rear yard, recently decked and landscaped with tropical planting. Outside is the large BBQ, daybed, further dining and hot outside shower (access also down side of house for those sandy feet !). Kitchen has all modern appliances, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and drink water filter. 2x TVs with Sonos sound system in both the lounge and communal kitchen area. There is a king size bed, queen size bed, 2x king size single beds. All crockery is in good condition and mainly new, along with pots, pans and utensils (and essential NutriBullet !). Kids beach equipment and toys available for 7 and under if required. We can also recommend some good local babysitters if you wish to venture out kid free!
We will have moved our important stuff out, so you will have the full run and access of the house. Anything in the house will be yours to use (with respect as it if were your own please).

Smith Street is a fantastically safe and close community. Apart from the ambient noise of others having an evening bbq, its a quiet and family friendly area. Those that have the front bedroom, can often hear the ocean when there is the regular Westerly breeze.
Our close neighbours are some of our best friends and will be only to happy to help out if we are not available.
Worthy of note (and unlike many of the other places on AirBnB) is very local convenience store (also provides good coffee and home cooked Italian dishes), great local pizza and an awesome fish'n'chip shop at the end of the road.

Its street parking in Smith St, so we will be sure to leave 1x residential parking permit which will allow 24hr parking foc, and access to the surrounding 'Ocean Beach Precinct' (details in Guest folder).
Also all linen and towels are included to assist with your stress free holiday.
Not a rule so much, but would prefer a Friday to Friday stay (7 or 14 nights) however also contact us for shorter stays as we may be able to accommodate. Likewise, our preference will be given to families, and as it is our family home would expect it to be treated as one, respecting our neighbours and property.
Happy to accommodate the odd family dog, provided it is FULLY house-trained and not left in the house alone.
