Об этом жилье
Elegant and charming apartment in eastern Genova-Quarto, fully immersed in the greenwood and 800 mts from the sea. This is my residence home where I host people when travelling abroad, provided that guests maintain it as the found it.
The apartment has been renovated in 2014 and is absolutely cozy and well equipped. It has fine furniture, both new and ancient. This is my living home where I host people when I am travelling abroad, and guests have to consider and behave as it is their home.
The apartment is fully available. I will leave some space in the closet for the guests. I don't like to lock everything so I will give it only to very reliable people.

My sister lives downstairs and if I am not there she will be the reference person for welcome and any other need. Twice a week (mon, thrs) the housekeeper Sadete will come to clean the apartment. This is included in the price, but she will make general cleaning not special for the guests. Guests can ask my sister or Sadete how to use washing machines and other appliances.
Другие важные подробности
Gatto, my beloved white siamese cat, stays home when I leave. He is pacific, nice and guests are asked to feed him and take care of him.
Smoking is allowed on the outside balcony. The house is equipped with all kids of supplies: if you finish any of them (e.g. coffee, oil) please replace it. Please handle with my handmade ceramic plates which you can of course use.
