The apartment is all about the fabulous location and how nicely it is appointed. It is a genuine holiday home, that we also share with our friends and family, so it's really well looked after.
The flat is ideal for two adults and two children (4 adults would be a squeeze). It is really nicely designed and presented, super-clean, with loads of clever storage and has everything you need for a 'home away from home'. Including:

Limited road parking but plenty of car parks close by. Please bear in mind that the apartment is the closest road to the beach and parking is typical of a busy seaside location. So in the height of summer, the easiest road parking is best sorted in the evening. There is a public car park across from the apartment in any event - and most guests use that for getting settled and then move to a free spot on the road in the evening. After that, the apartment is so close to everything, you don't need the car again!

The apartment is on the first floor of an established block opposite the Durley Dean Hotel. We think it is great value, because local hotels cost up to £250 a night in peak season! The apartment block is typical of a seaside location and has a mix of fellow holiday-makers, international travellers, holiday homes and a few permanent residents. The apartment block specifically allows short term and holiday letting (which most don't) - which means that no one worries about who comes and goes! This creates a lovely hassle free atmosphere, which was really important to us when we were looking for a holiday home.

Hi everyone, I'm Lisa.
I live in Bournemouth with our lovely young family, Jude who is 6 and Billy the dog.
I worked in the travel industry for years, but now I'm a stay-at-home Mum, which means I am always on call to help out with any local knowledge, a mini tour guide or fix any problems if they crop up. I will of course meet you in person and take great pride in making sure you have a brilliant and trouble-free time.
The apartment is in an amazing location! Literally seconds from the beach, and perfect for holidays or short breaks, people on business or language students studying at one of the nearby colleges. We have even had people staying while they are waiting for their new home to be ready.
