The Fallbrook newly renovated home locates in Fallbrook which is 9 miles south from Temecula.

The 2400 ft2 home sits on a large 1 acre land of nature landscape with a distance city view.

The Upper Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. One of the bedroom is a master bedroom with a queen size bed with its own bathroom with double shower. The adjacent bedroom also has a queen size bed next to a bathroom in the hallway. The bathrooms have marble floors, travertine walls and granite vanities. Two comfortable sofa beds in the living room and family room. An addition semi-private bedroom can be converted from the family room with a divider curtain as the 3rd bedroom . An open floor plan of the family room and dinning open to the new kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. A wood burning fireplace with roaring fire easily heat up the entire area.

The Lower Villa has a complete one bedroom studio with private entry, a full bath, a large living/family room with wood burning fireplace. A semi private bedroom can be converted for an extra comfortable sleeping arrangement for couples. A spacious kitchen, with complete set up of full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher etc for perfect home cook meals

The interior of the house has been recently renovated with travertine flooring and granite counter tops for your best comfort. A large balcony is perfect for hanging out with friends and family.

You can easily take advantage of the nearby hiking trails or making a visit to the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Lego land, or Sea World. It is 5 minutes away from I-15 and near by golf courses and wineries. There are also plenty of casual and fine dining choices nearby, plus grocery stores downtown if you choose to cook. Our kitchens are fully-equipped with plenty of cooking gear, appliances, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher.

PLEASE NOTE: We participate in "Turf removal program" in Riverside county. The landscape may be still "in progress" during your visit.

Michelle provided a great experience for my group of 10. The house was clean, spacious, relaxing, and provided all the amenities for a good weekend. We were able to cook a nice dinner and eat around the table. I didn't get to meet Michelle in person because of a late arrival, but she was more than accommodating to our trip. She could also be contacted easily, offered help if any situation arose, but was not overly forward. All in all, a great experience.

Michelle was very helpful and welcoming. We had a great time. We initially wanted to stay closer to the wineries in Temecula, but we were very impressed with the quiet beauty of Fallbrook.

The process of making a reservation for this property was a headache from the very beginning. I made my initial request to book on 10/15/15 (Thursday). I get message back from the manager saying I can't book yet because there is a pending reservation, but that pending reservation is set to expire on Sunday. I thought that was strange that I had to wait 4 days for someone else to not accept a reservation when I was all ready to pay for my reservation. So Sunday comes and I check with the manager to see if it is still available. It is available. Great. So I asked if we are all set. We are not becuase the manager says I didn't pay yet. Well, I already submitted all my payment information with the original request from 10/15/15. But to try to make things easier, I go back on the Air Bnb website and submit credit card payment info again. Long story short, after 17 messages back and forth between me and the manager, I finally get the property booked on 10/20/15. It really shouldn't take this much effort to book a place to stay for a weekend. I tried for 6 days to book this place. Such a headache. I normally would have given up long before all this headache, but we were attending a wedding in Fallbrook and there were not that many options of places to stay for our family. The property was undergoing some remodeling and the front door was unavailable. No problem, she let me know ahead of time that we would need to use the back patio door. But when I checked in, she said there is no key available for the back door? Really? No key? I told her this is not going to work for me and she started to get annoyed at me? You're getting annoyed at me for wanting a key? She finally gave me a key, but the key didn't work. I told her forget it, just let me be and give me some privacy. But she sends some stranger that shows up out of no where that startled my parents to try to get the key to work. He said it was the wrong key. Yeah, I already know that. So I tell you to not worry about it and let me be, and you send some stranger without any notice to startle my family? The property itself was decent. Air conditioner was very loud when shutting on and off and would wake people up. There was a minor ant problem. But the house was a nice space for my family. Semi-private rooms are hardly rooms at all. A semi-private room in this house is just a curtain. But dealing with Michelle the manager was just such a nightmare. This was an absolutely horrible experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this property because of the manager. 3 stars for the house 0 stars for Michelle

Failure to understand of the Airbnb booking process can be quite frustrating as described by the review. The policies of the owners/managers are dictated by Airbnb policy when listing properties. The owner/manager don't have the payment transaction information. They only can accept or decline Airbnb reservation and only get paid after the guests check in. Most vacation rental properties listed on many listing sites such as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) which each have their own booking policies as well. The owner/manager may receive multiple reservation requests for the same dates at the same time. A reservation is automatically cancelled if the owner/manager doesn't accept or decline the reservation after 24 hr. Occasionally owners/manager have to decline a reservation request if the dates have a pending reservation from another site or feel uncomfortable with the prospective guests. Once the reservation is declined, airbnb releases the hold on the guest’s credit card. To request for another reservation, guests must re-input the info again on Airbnb website. The owner/manager has no control on this process. In this case the guest should call Airbnb customer service for an explanation of the booking process or make a complaint directly to Airbnb, instead of pointing the frustration toward the owner/manager as a result of the guest’s inadequate knowledge. The 17+ messages was from the guest requesting a discount on the pet fee, early check in, late check out, and numerous questions about the property that could be answered from the property description posted on Airbnb. Additionally, it is normal business practice to have someone try to resolve a complaint raised by a customer. Someone coming by to deal with the key issue shouldn’t have been unexpected or startling. The frustrations fueled these petty complaints. The guest had many chances to go elsewhere but was very persistent in his attempts to book the property because of its very competitive price.

The home was very spacious, serene, & secluded. The renovations are coming along nicely. There were a few ant problems, however Michelle sent someone over to handle it immediately. We utilized the space for an 8 woman, "Girls Trip," & everyone was pleased.
