'360' is an excellent base to enjoy a weekend getaway or a longer relaxing stay. The new apartment is thoughtfully designed, meticulously maintained and prepared to exacting standards.
Outside Decking/Balcony – shaded outdoor sitting area with BBQ to enjoy the fantastic views over the creek to vineyards, olive groves and distant hills. From its elevated location the apartment's decking is the ideal viewing platform to see the abundant bird life and resident mob of kangaroos. It is also an ideal 'chill-out' spot to sip a glass of McLaren Vale wine while absorbing the stunning scenery or enjoying a sunset.
The accommodation has a modern country style. The main living area has a well appointed kitchen with fridge, microwave/convection/grill, induction hob, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee etc. Dining table with picture window framing awe inspiring views over the vale to the hills. Included are provisions for your breakfast - cereal, toast, fresh juice, tea & coffee.
When relaxing inside there is a leather sofa and a flat screen TV.
The large bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with premium linen, plenty of storage and a TV/DVD combo.The en-suite shower room is light, fully tiled and modern .

Take a bush walk around our 40 acre sheep property, along the gum tree shaded creek. Guest children are welcome to use the swings and lawn area for ball games located a little down the hill from the accommodation.

If guests would like to bush walk we recommend wearing long pants/trousers and sturdy boots.
Please keep your vehicle speed down (max 30km/h) when accessing the property along the gravel track - Our good neighbours have young children who we want to keep safe, limiting speed also helps to minimise dust.
Strictly no smoking. This includes the whole area around the property.
No pets : Native wildlife and farm animals live here.
Responsible consumption of alcohol only. Please remember you are sharing our family's home.
Apartment to be left in the same state as on arrival. Clean, tidy and undamaged. The property uses a septic wastewater system so no foreign objects to be flushed, please use rubbish bins provided. Please do not feed our dog (Buddy the boarder collie ).
Originally from the UK, I am a design engineer, currently working on electric vehicles- When not away on business, I enjoy the mild Adelaide climate while developing our sustainable rural property for our family and also for your visit. My wife, Jayne, and I enjoy the regions coast/scenery and the fine food and wine available. We have travelled independently with our 3 sons around Australia, USA and much of Europe with focus on natural wonders and meeting the locals.
