The apartments are located a 2 minute walk from Watford Junction station (16 mins to London Euston & St Albans) & a 5 minute walk to Watford town centre, with Watford tube station 1.2 miles away.
The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is 50 sq m or 538 sq ft and features a large and spacious kitchen and lounge.
The two bedrooms have carpets and most of the rest of the apartment has wooden flooring except a small area of porcelain tiles in the kitchen, and the bathroom. There’s a spacious entrance and hallway. Both bedrooms have a TV with Freeview, wardrobes and storage space. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a small double bed.
With two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, the two bedroom apartments are designed for a maximum of five people, though depending on the age of children, it can be more on request. Please inform us at the enquiry stage of the size of your party. If you want to use the sofa-bed as a bed, charges apply for the extra linen and bedding, depending on length of stay etc. We don't recommend the sofa-bed for adults to sleep on for more than the odd night, for instance a visitor. It's just a bit hard and not as comfortable as a bed should be.
Completed in March 2015, the building is half hotel and half apartments, which are on the 5th, 6th and 7th and 8th floors.
The ground floor is a fantastic air-conditioned space and has a bar, a restaurant, a Starbucks café, business meeting areas, games area (table football, board games and table top arcade game) and a business centre. There are 4 large HD screens showing the main events on Sky Sports (usually muted), and even a small shop selling essentials. It’s a great communal area where you can hold a meeting, try the draught beers, Starbucks coffee or selection of teas, and eat at very reasonable prices, and also perfect for finding a quiet corner where you can use the free WiFi (great signal) or 4G, charge your devices and put your feet up.
The hotel gym is free to residents. Get a key from reception each time you go.

Check in is at the hotel reception, 65-67 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1DS, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Meet and greet is mandatory and by appointment.
Check-in time is 14.00 earliest.

Return the apartment card to reception on departure or to the property manager if he checks you out.
The 5th floor laundry room is free to use and has 3 separate washing machines and dryers.
There's plenty of clothes storage space in the apartments, including a full length hanger rail, and there’s also a full length mirror.
An iron and ironing board are provided in every apartment.
There's a mini-gym on the 1st floor, which is free to use, though you must register the first time at reception and sign a waiver. There are 5 main pieces of equipment and a rack of free weights. Please register at reception before each visit to the gym. Water and wipes are provided.
Heating, hot water and air-con
The apartments have their own individual hot water and heating controls located in the boiler cupboard next to the bathroom, and this will be explained to you during the Meet and Greet. Some of the windows can be opened and there’s an air-duct distributing fresh air. Fans will be provided during hot weather on request.
*Please note, we generally don't accept shorter stays if the booking is more than 4 weeks away. Airbnb doesn't have the functionality to restrict this automatically. It's always worth asking but if we don't accept a booking request, it's for this reason. Our apartments are generally set up for medium length business stays, and so short stays too far in the future create gaps that we're not able to fill.*
