The Granary is situated in its own courtyard garden and is within the grounds of the owners 17th century barn. Luxuriously renovated last year, the owners were awarded with a Visit England 2015 Award for Customer Service. The Granary has a contemporary feel with modern bathrooms and furnishings yet retains its character with oak beams, floors and doors.
The property has wifi, Sky TV, DVD player and Bluetooth/MP3 dock.
The Granary is accessed via its own gated driveway, and there is ample private parking in driveway.

Ground Floor boasts a modern, very equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Range Cooker, Microwave and Large Fridge Freezer.
This leads to Lounge/Diner with modern table and chairs for 6, large corner leather sofa and lounge/TV space. Doors lead from hallway and also from kitchen to courtyard garden with patio, wooden furniture and parasol.
There is One Double Bedroom on ground floor - with doors leading to courtyard garden - and with en-suite Shower room
There is also a Twin Room on ground floor opposite a family bathroom, with bath and over bath shower.
Stairs lead from hallway to first floor bedroom with double bed and door leading to outside staircase

There are lots of brochures and books available in The Granary featuring local places of interest, including a wealth of National Trust properties (Sissinghurst, Bodiam, Smallhythe Place, Scotney Castle Garden, Stoneacre as well as Leeds Castle (the self proclaimed 'most beautiful castle in the world') Tenterden (The Jewel of the Weald) Rye, Canterbury, Whitstable, Chatham Dockyard and Tunbridge Wells are all within easy reach - and day trips to France can be easily taken via the Eurotunnel, approx 35mins drive from the property. There are several pubs in Sutton Valence, and a delightful walk across fields takes guests to the rural Lord Raglan pub. The award winning Mulberry Tree restaurant (previously voted Kent Restaurant of the Year) is also just a few minutes drive down the lane. There is a large pond located in the owners garden which is not accessible to guests (the properties are fenced off from one another with a gate between, but parents of young children need to be aware, that the adjoining gate needs to be kept locked due to this.
There is a Travel Cot and High Chair which can be made available upon request at no extra cost.
Also a BBQ can be made available, on request
Whilst the location of The Granary is very rural, it is not isolated, therefore due to neighbouring properties, it is not suitable for Hen or Stag Parties.
No smoking is permitted in any part if the property. Apologies but we also do not allow pets.
