CHECK-IN ANY TIME between 2pm - 2am/LAST-MIN OK. Quiet, bright and clean SUITE, very close to the beach and train/bus station. Wide (15 m2) and charming room, with double bed, sofa, table, wardrobe & individual lock. Common areas. Hosts not living in the Apt.
Light and silence. Our apartment is ample (140m2) and South-oriented, the best option in Malaga, as it is cool during the summer, and warm in winter. The main thing you notice is the light, all the apartment is bright, particularly the rooms. The second thing is the quietness, on a high floor and a small street, silence is a major feature of this place. All in all, a charming and relaxing place for your stay in Malaga.
The room is in an apartment with three other rooms. Dining and sitting rooms, terrace, kitchen and the two bathrooms are at free disposal of our guests.
********* If you come by TRAIN ********
If you arrive in Maria Zambrano train station, walk South (after leaving the station through the main entrance, you take right) following Avenida Ingeniero Jose María Garnica, then you cross Calle Héroe de Sostoa, then Calle Ayala, and you turn right again in the next corner (Calle Fernan Nuñez), and you’ll see number 4 after walking some 60m.
********* If you come by AIRPLANE ********
If arriving in Malaga’s airport, take the train (8 minutes) or bus (20 minutes) to Maria Zambrano station, and follow the instructions “if you come by TRAIN”.
********* If you come by BUS ********
Most bus companies drop their passengers at the main bus station, which is alongside Maria Zambrano station. The easiest way is not to go the main entrance, but backwards, from where the bus came into the station, and you’ll be in Calle Mendivil (the train station is that grey building right in front of you), you take left and then right, and now you’re in the main entrance of Maria Zambrano. Now you only have to follow the instructions “if you come by TRAIN”.
It’s not usually the case, but if you’re coming from the coast, you could also arrive in the bus station “Puerto de Malaga” (Malaga’s harbor). You can take a taxi, but it’s only a 15-minute walk: follow Avenida Manuel Agustín Heredia (where you leave the bus) heading West (the harbor is to your left), cross the bridge, and turn right in Avenida Ingeniero Jose María Garnica (taking the left side of it), then you cross Calle Lopez Pinto, and Calle Donoso Cortés, and turn left in the next corner (Calle Fernan Nuñez), and you’ll see number 4 after walking some 60m.
********* If you come by CAR ********
You may park your car on the street, if you're lucky right in front of the apartment (Calle Fernan Nuñez). If there’s no spot at that time, you can always stop for a while in front of the building (there’s a dumpster right there, so you only block one car) to unload your baggage. If you leave the car alone for some minutes, make sure you leave a note (“ESTOY DESCARGANDO”, plus your number), typically people will honk if you’re blocking her car, and this would be great news: now you’ve found a parking place!! But, please, do this **at you own risk**, as it could also happen that you get a ticket (this has not happened to me in years, but, who knows?).
In general, it’s very safe to park in the neighborhood, I don’t know of any case of robbery in recent years. But you can also leave your car in the nearby public parking of Maria Zambrano station, although that won’t be cheap.
The nearby Avenida Ingeniero Jose María Garnica is plenty of parking areas, where you only have to pay from 9am to 2pm (Mo to Sa) and from 4pm to 8pm (Mo to Fr), and it’s free on holidays.

Respectful with the neighbors, as they do behave with our guests. Also, smoking is allowed, but *only* in the terrace.
Welcome to Casa Ale, which has been a place dedicated to hosting students and travelers for decades. Now, it's been rebuilt in the style of the old-fashioned youth hostels, to provide the vivid experience of sharing not only an environment, but also a growing experience, made of personal stories, local shops, secret places, and all that knowledge that so rapidly generates and vanishes while traveling around the world.
You make Casa Ale!! Feel very much welcome.
