Your accommodation includes a spacious one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a large living room with a love seat, sofa and chair and a den with day-bed and desk.
There is a large wall-mounted smart TV with hard-drive and ample movies. Beautifully decorated in blue and white tones throughout. Comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Situated on the first floor with private patio.
Fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances including microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee). All cooking and serving utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. are provided.
Full size bathroom and powder room.
Linens, towels, hand soap, dish detergent and toilet rolls are provided. Full sized front load washer and dryer as well as complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.
All other personal toiletries are the guests’ responsibility. Guests are responsible for additional linens and towels if required.
The unit is air-conditioned (heating and cooling).
Guests have access through the main entrance and or parking garage. Private access to patio. Shared access to gym, lounge and party room. Pets are not allowed in the unit.

•An information sheet is kept in the unit, proving wireless passwords, host contact information, as well as general information on housekeeping, garbage disposal, equipment operation & safety, etc.
•Please do not forget to mention the number of persons who will be staying in the unit so adequate linens are provided.
•The queen bed, pull-out sofa bed and daybed can each accommodate two adults.
•There is No Smoking in the units or in the building. Smoking is allowed on the patio.
•Guests will have access to complimentary ensuite laundry facilities (including detergent) 24 hours a day.
•Guests will be provided with one parking spot.
•Please provide us with your time of arrival once your booking is confirmed and keep us updated through E-mail, Airbnb, text or phone on your approximate time of arrival.
•Please e-mail one government issued photo ID of any one guest, before arrival, or bring a copy along. We will need this at check-in time.
•Checkout time is 12 Noon on the day of departure. In case you need a late check-out, a request must be made 24 hours in advance. The hosts will only be able to grant such requests if there are no other check-ins on that day.
