The property is a large detached dwelling. It’s location provides a good base to explore the South Wales Valleys, Brecon Beacons National Park or to visit Bike Park Wales etc..
It also has a secure building to store of Mountain Bikes.
Please include a little bit of information about yourselves and brief details on the reason for your visit when requesting to book (e.g. ‘visiting Bike Park Wales’, ‘walking in the Brecon Beacons’ etc….).
The property is our large family home built in the year 2000. It is a very spacious property inside and out, and even though the property is relatively new, it has many features which give it the feel of a far older property. The gardens to the rear and front of the property are private and not overlooked.
For those wishing to visit Bike Park Wales, there is also a very secure and alarmed storage shed to store bikes when not in use.
The property will currently sleep up to six people in ‘proper beds’.
The heating, hot water & shower is provided by a gas combi boiler.
There is a large gas & electric range cooker in the kitchen & and an outside BBQ.
The fridge is located in the utility room, just off the kitchen.
There is also a downstairs WC just off the utility room.
There are patio doors in both the lounge and kitchen diner leading onto the rear paved & lawned garden.
Included in the let are the kitchen utensils and crockery, clean bedding, the initial few loo rolls & soap (which should be sufficient for a couple of days stay).
We do NOT supply towels, shampoo or food.
There is NO washing machine or tumble dryer available.
When let, guests will have sole use of the property and the enclosed garden. The property has three bedrooms which are available to let.
The fourth bedroom and one downstairs sitting room are private and non accessible.
Guests are welcome to use all the kitchen equipment and utensils during their stay.
The lawned, decked and paved area to the rear and front of the property are ideal for use during the summer months for BBQ’s etc..

When the property is let we'll be staying next door. So should there be any problems we are close at hand, or could be contacted by phone or txt etc..

The property is priced at £100 per night, which gives access to three bedrooms to sleep 6 guests, plus the remainder of the property as detailed in the ‘Guest Access’ section.
As we do not actually charge a cleaning fee, it’s important that you are prepared to hand the property back exactly as you received it - clean with no damage.
Particular points to note are:
•Try not to mark the walls with rucksacks or cases etc.
•NO mountain bikes inside the property. (There is a secure alarmed storage shed to store mountain bikes, there is also the facility to hose them down if required).
•If you are muddy after a day’s hiking or mountain biking (it does rain a bit in Wales) take care not to carry the muck through the house.
Then, at the end of your visit..
Please make sure the bath, shower, wash hand basins, all wc’s, cooker, (including the tiled splash back to the rear of the cooker) hob, grill, ovens, microwave and sandwich toaster are clean.
Also make sure all cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots & pans etc.. are cleaned, dried and placed back in the cupboards and drawers.
Kitchen & bathroom cleaning materials are provided. There is also a vacuum cleaner and dustpan & brush if required.
