Warrender is part of the Victorian apartments built in the 1900’s near the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links. With its framed views of Edinburgh Castle, café culture and family vibe it is a great location to visit the vibrant city centre.
The apartment is on the third floor and enjoys fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle. It consists of three bedrooms all with ample storage. The master bedroom situated at the front of the property, is a bright room with double bed and period features. The single bedroom is a cosy room well lit with a sky light. To the rear of the property there is the Twin/King bedroom with a view to the castle.
There is a welcoming entrance hallway with access to all the rooms. The living room is a spacious room with two large sofas and armchairs. It has beautiful period features such as a south facing bay window and Victorian fire place with open gas fire. It has plenty of board games, books, DVD’s and Freeview TV to keep you entertained. The kitchen and dining/breakfast area is spacious and well equipped with views overlooking Edinburgh Castle. This is an ideal area for family dinners or entertaining. The bathroom is bright with a constant supply of hot water and has a bath with shower overhead, hand basin and toilet.
We will provide all the necessary bath towels and bed linen for the duration of your stay.
The building itself has a shared main entrance with intercom leading to the communal Victorian stair well. On the ground floor at the rear of the stair well is the secure entrance door to shared back garden.
Car parking is FREE on the weekends from Friday 17:30 to Monday 08:30 within the "Pay and Display" parking bays. Pay and display parking is available during the week from 08:30 to 17:30 for £1.80 per hour (from April 1st 2016) with a maximum of 4 hours at a time. This is within the "Pay and Display" parking bays ONLY. There is no charge for parking over night between (phone number hidden) during the week. The apartment is 100m from the nearest bus stop. The bus journey is only 10 minutes via the historic Royal Mile to get you to the main Waverley train station and the heart of Edinburgh. Or if you want to just relax, The Meadows and Bruntsfield Links have an excellent kid’s adventure park, Pitch & Put golf course, tennis courts, and a great space to go for a run. In addition, Warrender Swim Centre offers, 25m pool, sauna and fully equipped gym just two minutes around the corner.
Guests have access to all amenities provided in the apartment. We will provide all the necessary bath towels and bed linen for the duration of your stay.

Guests have sole use of the property throughout their stay.
Please note that you will NOT be able to check-in after 21:00. Check in is from 15:00 to 21:00 on the date of your arrival. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact the person whose details are given on the booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you do not advise the contact of your anticipated late arrival we will treat the booking as having been cancelled by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for fees already paid to us.
Warrender Apartment is strictly non-smoking and we do not allow pets.
This property is let on the understanding that it is to be used as a holiday
let. It therefore is subject to Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of
the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
You can arrive at the Property after the time specified by us on the Arrival Date for your holiday and you must leave by the time specified by us on the departure date we give you. We will let you know these times by email.

You agree to comply with the regulations set out in any property manual provided to you and any other regulations reasonably specified by us from time to time and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party. You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, including items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition. You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors, windows or any other part of the Property.
You agree not to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighboring properties. You agree to comply with all relevant by-laws including those relative to noise disturbance to preserve a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The volume on all equipment and voices of occupants should be controlled so as not to be audible outside the Property or with in the entry stairwell between 10 pm and 9 am.
We reserve the right to deny access to the entire party, to require the entire party to immediately vacate the property and/or to retain the full Cautionary Deposit if any of the above conditions are not observed.
You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property, nor can you take your pet into the Property unless it shown on your booking form or detailed in other correspondence and agreed with us in advance. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave it. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the Booking and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for fees already paid to us and/or to retain the full Cautionary Deposit in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.
You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access to the Property at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs or in an emergency.
You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property.
You agree to ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
