Airbnb is a system of trust, it is a social network for accommodation. So we ask that you look after and preserve our home, the contents and all the amenities placed at your disposal, for your convenience and enjoyment. Therefore and with respect your Host and for the next Guest we ask that:
You empty the bin in the communal rubbish area.
You clean your dishes after you have used them.
Please note if you need extra bed sheets for a very short stay (say 3 days), we will charge extra £15pound for the laundry. Cash payment will be expected upon check-out. In theory one set of bed sheets should be enough but if you need more, then kindly wash the previous set so there is less work when you leave the flat and in order to avoid the extra 15 euros. Because we very often have other guests checking-in the day you are leaving, the schedule is very tight and we don't have a lot of time to prepare the House.
The cleaning fees are not maids fees. The fee is for someone to clean the home itself and restore it after your departure so it is prepared for the next guest. As the flat is not a hotel, the fee doesn’t cover additional laundry, washing of dishes and the removal of excess rubbish.
Check-in/out can be flexible, but must be discussed in advance to make sure we are synchronised and they work smoothly according to your schedule, to our booking calendar and other Check-in/out.
What happens in case of delayed check-in?
We all understand that international travels can be complicated from time to time therefore it is important that we are given contactable cell/mobile numbers.
We pay someone to look after check-in therefore any delayed check-in means extra charges. Our policy on this is that after the first hour of delay, every delayed 30 minutes thereafter will be charged 15 euros. Cash payment will be expected upon arrival.

Welcome to Paris and Welcome London! Please read our guidebooks for both cities!
We are happy to welcome you in Paris. We hope you will enjoy our pied à terre. We will be very pleased for you to use it as well as we do, as part of the sharing ethos promoted by this website. We live in London but we come to Paris very often, every month for at least a week. We were fed-up of hotels so we decided to find a lovely flat not too far from the Eurostar train station. We love our flat because it is just few minutes walk from the station on the way to Montmartre. This is extremely convenient and the area is really good for transport. And we can easily get to everywhere, Paris is not a very big city so Champs-Elysees are only 15 minutes by tube, for example. We come to Paris on a regular basis to visit family, friends, museums, exhibitions and to buy stock for our business in London. In London our Home is centrally located in Marylebone, one of the most trendy and affluent areas of central London, within the City of Westminster's, elite postcode of W1. As a base our home provides Comfort, Style and location for the Discerning, Sophisticated and Cultural traveller looking to explore or visit London with bit more a luxury touch. This part of Central London is surround by large and most magnificent parks, they are Regents Park to the north and Hyde Park to south both a short walk from our Home,
However it does end there, equally stunning and also a short walk from our home is Green Park, near St James park next to Buckingham Palace and Kensington Gardens is close too, with The Serpentine and Kensington Palace. And you know who lives there too!
