The main floor flows easily between the Kitchen, Family, Living and Dining rooms. The comfortable furnishings allow you to snuggle in and enjoy the view, watch TV, surf the web or read in front of any of the 3 gas fireplaces. Sliding doors lead onto a large deck with a 180 degree view from Mt Rainer to Mt Baker, bracketing the best view of Seattle. BBQ while enjoying the view or move to the well-appointed kitchen for those who love to cook, dining on the seafood, fruit and veg found in Pike Place or the local farmer's Market. You will find spices, coffee, tea and other basics to help you get started. If you want to host guests, the dining room seats 10 comfortably.
Upstairs you find the 3 bedrooms. The ample master bedroom invites you to relax in the king bed, watch TV or experience the view. The master bath features a steam room and large roman soaking tub with the city alive in the distance. The other bedrooms are generous in size, have queen size beds and sizeable closets. The utility room has a washer-dryer to make longer stays convenient and wash the beach towels after spending a day on Alki. The house has two living areas. The top two floors boasts a large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with great views and the bottom floor is a one bedroom apartment with equally as dramatic views and equally equipped for guests. This apartment is available for an additional $100 per night if rented in tandem with the house. Each home has it's own totally private entrance and large patio with BBQ.
This property also has a 1 bed apartment in the bottom floor which has a separate entrance. This may be available if you need more space. Please inquire.
You are within walking distance of The Admiral and Alaska street junction, the center of the West Seattle community. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores including the famous West Seattle Farmer's Market are easily accessible.
A very short drive down the hill puts you on West Seattle bridge which intersects with both I-5 and Hwy 99 to provide 2 access routes into the city. The downtown stadiums are literally 8 mins away and Pike Place Market 10 mins. For a different experience, choose the nearby passenger ferry or a rapid-ride bus into town which gets you into town in 15 minutes.
The house has parking for 2 cars plus on street parking.

No parties without letting the owners know in advance. The house is perfect for get togethers. We have taken a lot of care to make this a home away from home for all our guests and have had the good fortune to have our guests take care of it as well.
