It's a bright, quiet and cosy flat on the last and fourth floor of a typical parisian building. If you're not busy elsewhere, you'll be able to admire the sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the couch.
The kitchen, though tiny, has everything you might need to cook.
The price is the same for one, two, or three people. I have one true (double) bed, wich is brand new from january 2014. If you're three, or two not willing to share a bed, one person sleeps on the couch. Sheets, blankets and bath towels are provided.
There are two separate rooms, wich makes it perfect for parent(s) and child, or people who do not wish to sleep in the same room.
There is no elevator in the building.
There is a washing machine and soap you can use for your laundry. Then, you can either hang it to dry or go to the laundrymat, 50 meters from the building. You can also freely use oil, vinegar, salt, peper, sugar, tea, and whatever is in the fridge.

When I'm not in Paris (which is quite often) , I rent it for as long as I'm away. When I'm home, I usually don't rent it more than one or two nights in a row, because then I have to stay at friends places.
Please, contact me through airbnb mail if you want me to answer quickly: I get an SMS everytime I have a message on airbnb. Or send me an SMS andI will call back.
In any case, whether I am in Paris or not, don't worry, I will call to check that everything is all right upon arrival, and give you the phone of friends in Paris that will take care of you if needed.I will do my best for you to enjoy Paris as much as I have enjoyed every single minute I've spent abroad.
I'm not very fussy and I don't have anything very fragile ou very valuable. So just be "normal" and take care of my stuff as if it was yours. You must do a "normal" cleaning before leaving (correctly clean the dishes, empty the garbage, sweep the floor, wipe the tables, clean the shower and sink) before leaving, Or you can pay a 40 euros cleaning fee (on demand).
Even though I quit smoking (at last!) I understand one can appreciate a cigarette confortably sitting on the sofa . So you can smoke in the living room if you wish, But make sure to get fresh air in the room , so it does not smell, and please don't smoke in the bedroom.
If you stay a long while, thanks for watering the plants once a week.
Please, tell me about anything that might be going wrong as soon as possible, and I will do my best to sort it out.
A person passes between each tenant to verify inventory and change the sheets . It is capable of passing any time between your departure time and arrival of the next tenant. It is important that the apartment is tidy on arrival .
Check-in time: If there is no-one the night before your arrival, you can put your luggage in the apartment upon arrival. If there is someone there before you, you can put your luggage in the apartment from noon. If you arrive before noon, you can drop your luggage elsewhere , ask me. In any case , thank you for not undoing luggage before 3PM , so that the person who passes between tenants can work .
Check-out time : If there is someone the night after you , you must be gone at noon. But you can also leave your luggage elsewhere until your departure , ask me. If there is no one after you, or the person after you arrive late , you can leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure.
But you must do your luggage and tidy up before noon. This allows the person who passes between the tenants to come whenever she wants.
I give theater classes. I love travelling (but don't do it enough), chatting around a table with good food and wine, and nature, gardening. Paris being grate for many things, especially culture, but not for nature, I try to escape once in a while.
