Surrounded by trees with a view towards the lake. The house has three bedrooms, accommodating six people. There is a large open plan living area with well equipped kitchen. We have big terraces, which are safe for young children to play in and a garden.
We designed the villa ourselves, having bought the land 15 years ago. The living area is upstairs - a large open plan living room and kitchen leading out on to a large terrace, where you can eat outside and relax on the double swing seat. There is lots of light upstairs with four windows and two double doors, letting in the sunshine and making you feel as if you are living in nature, surrounded by trees and lovely views.
The three bedrooms are downstairs, keeping them cooler in summer and dark, when you close the shutters for your siesta or long lie-ins.
There is a garden with plenty of shade among the fruit trees and a flat area to play games. On the downstairs terrace, you can play table tennis or use the sun loungers. It's all about relaxation.
You will have the whole house to yourselves.

We will be available to answer questions by email or mobile. There is also a cleaner in the local village, who speaks French or the gardener in the local town, who speaks English, who we can call on to sort out any issues. My mother also lives nearby and can help in emergencies.

We have a book with instructions about how to use appliances etc as well as tips for things to do locally. We would like you to treat the house with respect and have a short list of things to do at the end of your stay, such as taking your rubbish to the nearest bins.
