There are two double bedrooms listed separately with a double bed in each. The property is a converted Victorian hospital set in ground with woodland, a deer park, a lake and children's play area. It is a safe and peaceful environment, 2 miles from the city of Hereford and with easy access to the surrounding villages on the Black and White trail. Hereford is renowned for its local produce and has become a centre for innovation in the food industry. Locally the Cathedral city houses medieval chained libraries and the famous Mappa Mundi, one of the first maps of the world to be illustrated by 11th Century monks.
Guests have access to the spacious family bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries are supplied. They can access bedrooms and the upstairs office/ TV room with a desk for writing those all important postcards! Breakfast will be served in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the park when weather permits. They can gain direct entrance to explore the park from the garden. Parking is available at the front of the house. You can uses the washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. Couples preferred.

We are more than willing to offer advice and loan books of circular walks in the area or local OS maps. Having lived in the region for 25 years we have a wealth of knowledge of places of interest to visit. Breakfast can be taken between 8.30 and 10 a.m. And evening meals can be offered by arrangement. Earlier times would be available for breakfast in cases of early departure.

I am a retired primary school teacher and am married with 3 adult children. I am a self employed florist working from home but just do occasional weddings.We have recently bought a caravan and love going off to visit new places especially national trust properties one of which I currently do voluntary work.
We love the theatre and cinema and eating out. I love cooking and baking too.
