This is a solid, no-frills place in a good central location, especially if you have a car. The bed was comfortable and the shared bathroom was no issue as everyone in the house seems to be on different schedules. There's plenty of closet space and the wifi speed was good. The driveway is very steep so if you have a lowered car you will scrape and if you have a big car, the spaces will be tight but Patrick was great in assisting and, since I have a minivan, he even moved his car so I could park more easily.
The one thing that's not mentioned is, at least in the room I was in (#3), the big windows that give a great view of downtown are east facing and do not have blackout curtains. If you're a very early riser you won't have a problem but I had to go buy an eye mask so I wouldn't keep being woken up at 6:30.
If I come up for a conference in the future I will try and stay here again.
