Large bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and king-sized bed available until 11th October 2015.
The room is in a shared house in a quiet (for London!) location. It is within 1 minutes walk of a bus stop and 6 minutes walk to nearest overground, Stoke Newington (not currently a disabled access station). There are lots of restaurants and bars close by.
There is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided.
Bedding and towels can be provided.
The room is one of three in a friendly household. My housemates both work full time and are very nice.
You'll have sole access to the room and en-suite.
There is a shared kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and table plus chairs).
There is also a shared living room area with sofas and space to hang any laundry out (you will also have space to do this in the room if preferred). The housemates use the living room area a lot after work, so it is a friendly space but not *always* neat (sorry!).
There are two other bedrooms and a bathroom which are used by my housemates only.

I'm currently working away which is why the room is unused. I can be reached by email at any time and am happy to speak to you by phone if you have any questions or concerns.
I have known one of the housemates my whole life and the other almost as long so I trust them as good hosts/ housemates but any problems and we can easily address them.
As they both work full time on shift patterns, the interactions may be many or few. They'll meet you to give you the keys and if you have any questions about the area, please just ask as they've both been there a few years.

Stoke Newington overground line is currently affected by rail replacement issues on it's outward line. This does not affect journeys going towards central London but those going the other way may need to be completed by bus.
The bus service uses Oyster card and is cheaper than overground/ underground. This area is really well served by buses so this issue shouldn't concern you in terms of whether transport will be an issue. If you are able to I would recommend downloading CityMapper to your phone for help with planning any journeys. You can also access this service from your (EMAIL HIDDEN)
The house is a living, breathing house share, so please join in and don't be afraid to ask where things are if you can't find them. Please leave it as you would like to find it i.e. use the dishwasher, clean up after yourself and if you fill the bin up to overflowing, let the other housemates know so that it can be taken out. Similarly, if there are any problems with the house, do tell me or the housemates straight away so that we can resolve them.
If you lose the keys, you MUST pay to replace them. There is a special security key which cannot be re-cut by a locksmith and it's a total faff, so please, just don't lose the keys.
