Thank you for renting my warehouse vacation rental which is located at 838 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. Check in is at 3pm and checkout is a noon. On occasion the property may not be available precisely at 3pm in the event the unit requires extensive cleaning. We may secure your bags and ask for additional time to clean the unit but we do everything in our power to avoid this situation and will make you aware of this procedure in advance. You are also responsible for any damage to the unit in excess of reasonable wear and tear.
My assistant Kevin (EMAIL HIDDEN) will check you in. His phone number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Entry to the units and common doors is controlled by digital locks, which have code pads for access. Please e-mail Kevin, a few days before your arrival, your expected ETA along with your preference for a 4 digit code to the digital locks for your use during your stay. The only exception is the back gate and the key to this gate will be in your unit, in the event Kevin is unable to check you in personally. The off-street parking is in one of two reserved spots (marked as reserved) immediately outside the iron gate that is at the rear of the property. Your rental includes use of one off-street parking spot, but you must hang the parking tag, which will be in your unit along with the key to the back gate, from your rear view mirror at all times while you are parked or your car can be immobilized by the company that manages the lot. And you must leave the parking tag back in the unit at check out, or your deposit will not be refunded until we receive the parking tag back.
