My lovely apartment with a gorgeous view of Mount Vitosha is located in the very center of Sofia. It's a 5-10 minute walk to all major landmarks. Right across the street is Sofia's biggest public park, and bus/tram/metro stops are a short walk away.
This fourth floor apartment consists of a large entryway (the bathroom is accessed from here), a dining/living room to the left of the foyer (with a piano, a double bed, and a pull out sofa) and a balcony, a big kitchen with a balcony (to the right of the foyer), and a small double bedroom off the kitchen. The apartment layout and solid brick construction allow for good space separation and ensure privacy. You will have unfettered access to the living/dining room with attached balcony, while the entryway, the kitchen, and the bathroom will remain shared. Fret not, however, as I am super easy going and laid back, and typically have no trouble finding common interests and topics of conversation with all kinds of people.
Here, you'll be a stone's throw from the entire downtown area, with more shops, museums, cafes, restaurants, and parks than you can shake a stick at. Speaking of which, Sofia's jewel in the crown - the Borisov Park (named after Tzar Boris), all 95,000 square meters of it - is right across the street. You can enjoy the greenery with a cup of joe on the balcony, or go for a long stroll on its peaceful and leafy alleys to your heart's content.
Additional options, such as renting out the entire apartment, can be negotiated individually and on a case by case basis. Either way, you can enjoy a thoughtful and friendly conversation, free internet access, and a well stocked English language library.

I am as available as you'd like me to be. I would be glad to come get you at the airport or the train/bus station, show you around town or (depending on my availability) around the country, explain the intricacies of navigating the often unpredictable waters of Bulgarian bureaucracy (should the need arise in your particular case), take you on a hike on Mount Vitosha, visit with you over a cup of tea, introduce you to interesting and entertaining people, give you lessons in Bulgarian, English, or Swahili (ok, just kidding about this last one), ... or make myself invisible & stay out of your way, letting you explore and enjoy Sofia on your own.

you will dig Sofia, and will want to come back ...
as you would in your own home... basic respect & no drama
I am just a happy-go-lucky gal who loves to talk to people from all different walks of life. I love to travel, to see new places, smell new fragrances, hear new sounds, eat new foods, climb new mountains, and make new friends along the way. And of course, offer clean, cozy, and affordable accommodation in a super chill-out part of Sofia.
